​I began my personal healing journey in 2006 with Reiki, eventually becoming a Reiki Master, studying with many different instructors and teaching others for over 10 years. In 2011, I added ThetaHealing® to my practice and have been a ThetaHealing® Instructor since 2014. Over the past 15 years, this practice has helped me release old limiting beliefs and unhealthy situations, allowing me to step into a life of self-care, creativity, and love. ThetaHealing® has changed everything: my heart, my health, my finances, my sense of self, and my connection with others.

I believe we hold the power to heal ourselves through our thoughts, our words, self-care, and time spent in nature. With 20+ years of healing experience, including ThetaHealing®, Reiki, Forest Therapy, and Holistic Nutrition, I offer personal ThetaHealing® sessions and classes to help you create the life you desire. 

ThetaHealing® sessions and practitioner classes are available both in-person and online, so distance is never a barrier to this work.
